following three kinds of disabilities:-

Govt. reserved the vacancies of Principals for visually (blind) disabled
persons. This reservation is in accordance with provisions of Sections
from 58 years to 60
years for Government employees who were visually impaired/blind. This
circular came to be challenged by one Bhupinder Singh ... persons suffering with only one class of disability i.e. visual
impairment/blindness and that the protection ought to be extended to other
classes

The blind are those who suffer from either of the
following conditions:-
a) Total absence of sight.
