2. Pursuant to a notification issued by the respondents, inviting applications
thoroughly examined by the doctor, who declared that respondent
was suffering from vitiligo (progressive), and that the disease was
existing on her body ... respondent to get herself medico-legally examined regarding disease of
leucoderma vitiligo from PGI, Rohtak's skin specialist. The PGI
authorities examined the respondent
respondent-husband came to know that the
appellant-wife was suffering with Vitiligo. Vitiligo is a disease in which
the pigment of the cells ... skin are destroyed in certain areas and
there is no cure for Vitiligo. They lived together till September, 2011,

medically unfit on the ground of „vitiligo‟.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that upon the
petitioner reporting ... Hospital, Hissar, to
contend that a skin specialist found no evidence of „vitiligo‟ on the
petitioner. He submits that as of this date, there
petitioner's candidature was
rejected as unfit on account of Vitiligo, on the ground that it is an
autoimmune disorder with unpredictable prognosis ... account of 2 (two) diseases i.e. i) Varicose Veins and ii) Vitiligo around
the anal canal. The petitioner thereupon sought for review. Under
such
petitioner was found by the
Special Medical Board, to be suffering from Vitiligo.
5. The petitioner appealed, against the disqualification, after which, an
Appeal Medical ... conducted and the petitioner was clinically examined
and found to suffer from Vitiligo. Learned counsel appearing for the
