petitioners allege
encroachment on the petitioners' land and illegal and
wrongful restraint by the authorities in the petitioners'
enjoyment of the land
which police interference is called for. When the
allegation of wrongful restraint levelled against the
respondent nos. 4 to 6, has been rejected
Civil
Court. However, the police authorities shall intervene in case any
wrongful restraint, or threat or harassment is caused to the
petitioner.
