The Dungarpur State Devasthan Nidhi (Amendment) Act, 1964Act No. 24 of 1964[Received the assent of the Governor on the 9th day of September, 1964]An Act further to amend the Dungarpur State Devasthan Nidhi Act, 1948.Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Fifteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title.

- This Act may be called the Dungarpur State Devasthan Nidhi (Amendment) Act, 1964.

2. Amendment of the Schedule to the Dungarpur State Devasthan Nidhi Act, 1948.

- In Schedule 1 to the Dungarpur State Devasthan Nidhi Act, 1948, (Farman number 610 dated the 15th April, 1948) serial numbers 4, 6, 9, 10 and 31, and the entries relating thereto, shall be omitted.
