(1)The Board of Studies shall be constituted in accordance with sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Act. The Dean will preside. In his absence, the members present shall elect a Chairman from amongst the Heads of Departments.(2)All questions to be considered in a meeting of Board of Studies shall be declared by a majority of votes of the members present. The Chairman of the Board shall be entitled to vote and if the votes be equally divided he shall have a second or casting vote.(3)At the meeting of a Board of Studies two-third members shall from a quorum.
