Section 43(iv) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(iv)The application of the permission extended by the Board shall be strictly restricted to the calendar year for which it is granted, and shall automatically cease to operate unless renewal has been sought and granted under these rules.
