45. Officers and other employees.
(1)The Government may, from time to time, post officers of the rank of class II and above within the Council Area in accordance with the exigencies. While making these postings due regard may be given to the views of the General Council about the officers being so posted.(2)The officers posted to the Council Area shall be accountable to the General Council for their performance and the assessment of their works recorded by the Executive Council shall be incorporated in their Annual Confidential Reports by the Government.Funds and audit
