6. Licensing Officer to have regard to certain matters in granting or refusing licence.
- In granting or refusing a licence, the Licensing Officer shall have regard to the following matters, namely:(i)[* * *] [Omitted by Notification No. A-2707/XII-C, published in U.P. Gazette, (Extraordinary), dated 27th June, 1972. ](ii)refrigeration conditions of the cold storage in which the agricultural produce are proposed to be stored;(iii)any other matters which the Licensing Officer may consider necessary for the purpose.
