Section 8(1) in Armourer, Class III, Home Guards Organisation (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2012
(1)The Board shall give an advertisement in at least two daily widely circulated prominent news paper of the State inviting applications from eligible candidates for appointment to the posts specified in the Schedule.
