Section 102(1)(a) in Delhi Prisons (Transfer of Prisoner, Labour and Jail Industry, Food, Clothings and Sanitation) Rules, 1988

(a)Convicts Watchman — The usual prison uniform of a convict with the exception of woollen cap in lieu of which a white pugree will be issued and a brass badge to be worn on the left arm with the word "Watchman" engraved thereon.
