4. Declaration of Manipur International University as International University of Excellence.
(1)It is hereby declared that the institution known from now as the Manipur International University shall be an "International University of Excellence" and "Institution of State Importance".(2)By the virtue of this Act, the, University is hereby declared and is eligible to call itself as "An Autonomous Public. International University of State Importance and Excellence" or in parts as it may deem fit.
