(2)The document referred to in sub-rule (1) shall -(a)Certify that the child has completed all courses of study prescribed under section 29 of the Act.(b)Contain the Pupil Cumulative Record of the child and also specify achievements of the child in areas of activities beyond the prescribed course of study and may include music, dance, literature, sports, etc.
