(5)Outside each polling station, there shall be displayed prominently-(a)a notice specifying the polling area, the serial number of electors in relevant electoral roll who are entitled to vote at the polling station; and(b)copy of the list of contesting candidates with the serial numbers, names and the symbols assigned to them.
