Section 39(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)The University shall establish the Fisheries Krishi Vigyan Kendras and Fisheries Extension Units for the purpose of,-(a)undertaking extension programmes in a phased manner covering the entire State of Andhra Pradesh in such manner as maybe determined by the Government inconsultation with the Board;(b)dissemination of information for the solution of problems relating to Fisheries Sciences;(c)establishment of youth clubs for developing the interests of young people in Fisheries Sciences;and(d)for such other purposes as may beprescribed.
