Section 5(1) in The National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2013
(1)The Central Government, State Governments and Union territory Administrations shall forward their recommendations to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Disability Affairs by the stipulated date.
