5. Agencies or Individuals who can nominate and procedure for forwarding of nominations.
(1)The Central Government, State Governments and Union territory Administrations shall forward their recommendations to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Disability Affairs by the stipulated date.(2)The awardees may also recommend and send application.(3)Applications received after due date shall not be considered for Award.
