- 86.1 Where no express provision has been made in respect of any matter connected with planning and building standards by the Act, the Rules, the Development Plan, the Town Planning Schemes, or these Bye laws or by any resolution of the Authority, the provisions of the National Building Code of India shall be mutatis mutandis.86.2Words and expressions used in these bye laws, but not defined, shall have the same meaning as respectively assigned to them in the Act or respective Rules and the National Building Code of India, 2005 amended from time to time.
