Section 14(1) in National Financial Reporting Authority (Manner of Appointment and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2018

(1)The leave sanctioning authority,-

(a)for a full-time member, shall be the chairperson and in case of absence of chairperson, the Central Government; and

(b)for the chairperson, shall be the Central Government.
