45. Annual Report.
(1)The Annual Report of the University, shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor and be submitted to the Board atleast one month before the annual meeting, at which, it is to be considered.(2)The Board shall, after consideration of the Annual Report, forward a copy thereof to the State Government.(3)On receipt of a copy of the Annual Report referred to in sub-section (1), the State Government shall cause a copy of such Report, together with its comments thereon, to be laid before the State Legislature.(4)Notwithstanding the re-organization of the existing University, the Annual Report of the University for the year 2005-06, shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor of the University, and the Board of the University shall, after consideration of the Annual Report, forward a copy thereof to the State Government.
