4. Calling for particulars/records.
(1)The Chief Conservator shall furnish an authenticated seniority list containing full particulars of all Forest Rangers eligible for consideration along with their up-to-date and complete confidential character rolls to the Government in the Forest Department for being placed before the Departmental Committee.(2)The Departmental Committee shall thereupon scrutinise the records relating to the Forest Rangers placed before them and prepare a list of Forest Rangers who, in their opinion are suitable for recruitment to the service by promotion during the year.
