Section 100(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(1)The terms and conditions under which an honorarium or special increments may be granted to an employee of the Corporation for any special service rendered by him to, or work done by him for the Corporation, shall be determined by the Board.
