(1)The Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad may(a)divide the City of Hyderabad into any particular and fixed number of police divisions;(b)divide the divisions into as many sections and beats as may appear to him to be proper;(c)fix the limits and extent of such divisions and sections.(2)Every such division shall be under an Assistant Commissioner Police who shall be called Divisional Officer and every section shall be under the control of an Inspector and every beat shall be under a Sub-inspector:Provided that these provisions shall be subject to the supervision of the Government.
