13. Administration Cost of the Fund.
(a)The committee shall earmark 3% of the amount outstanding in the fund at the end of March every year, as administrative cost of the fund.(b)The administration cost of the fund shall be used for computerisation of accounts, printing of pamphlets and to others, salary amount, meeting expenses, and other miscellaneous expenses.
