Section 44(4)(d) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975

(d)A Relieving Supervisor shall be appointed at every centre/sub-centre having a minimum number of 5 blocks upto 10 blocks. An additional relieving supervisor shall be appointed for every next group of 10 blocks. When the number of blocks is less than 5, the Stationery Supervisor shall function as a Relieving Supervisor.
