Section 19(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)The University shall establish a unique Free International University Campus in the State in which all the courses shall be taught free of cost to the deserving and talented students with thirty percent of the seats reserved for deserving but from less privileged, economically / socially backward, indigenous, tribal and rural backgrounds from the State of Manipur.
