Section 19 in Manipur International University Act, 2018
19. Establishment of Free Campus.
(1)The University shall establish a unique Free International University Campus in the State in which all the courses shall be taught free of cost to the deserving and talented students with thirty percent of the seats reserved for deserving but from less privileged, economically / socially backward, indigenous, tribal and rural backgrounds from the State of Manipur.(2)The University shall also establish a unique walk in, study and get certified International Skill Training school in various parts of the State which shall be opened to all and the courses taught in that center shall be free of cost to the students with twenty percent of the seats reserved for students from the State of Manipur.
