- (l) For the transaction of its business, the Board shall meet atleast once in a quarter on such date or dates as the President may fix.(2)Notice of the meeting so fixed, alongwith copy of agenda shall be issued by the Secretary to the members atleast 15 days prior to the date fixed for the meeting. Such notice shall specify the date, time and place of the meeting.(3)Notice of the meeting sent by ordinary post to the usual place of residence of the member shall be sufficient for purposes of these rules. In case of urgency, the President may convene a meeting by giving shorter notice, which shall not be less than three days in any case.
