Section 25(1) in The Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar University Act, 2004
(1)The Academic Council shall be constituted of following members, namely :-(i)KulPatiChairman;(ii)RegistrarMember-Secretary(iii)Deans of faculties;(iv)Chairpersons of Board of Studies;(v)All the Heads of Department of the University;(vi)teacher from any branch of communication, nominated by Kulpati(vii)eminent professionals from the field of communication, nominated by the Kuladhipati;(viii)Two Professors of teaching departments (on rotation basis);(ix)2 Readers/Lecturers of teaching departments/study centers of the University, from category other than (3), (4) and (5), who shall be nominated by Kulpati, on rotation basis.
