34. Amendment of Section 44.
- In Section 44 of the said Code -(a)in Hindi version, in sub-section (1), for the words ^^vfHkys[k fdz;kvksa ;k losZ{k.k ;k nksuksa dk izHkkjh gksxk vkSj mrus lgk;d vfHkys[k vf/kdkjh Hkh fu;qDr dj ldrh gS ftruh og mfpr lesA the words ^^vfHkys[k fd;k ;k losZ{kj.k ;k nksuksa dk izHkkjh gksxk vkSj mrus lgk;d vfHkys[k vf/kdkjh Hkh fu;qDr dj ldrh gS] ftrus og mfpr lesA shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (2), for the words and figures "sub-section (1) of Section 43" the words and figures "sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of Section 43" shall be substituted.
