Section 55(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)Any authority of a University may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes for-(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at its meetings and the number of members required to form a quorum;(b)providing for all matters which by this Act or the Statutes are to be provided for by the Regulations; and(c)providing for any other matter(s) solely concerning the authority and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes.
