(3)The Assistant Account Officer/Junior Accounts Officer/ Assistant Secretary/Branch Officer/Accountant shall ensure monthly reconciliations of the Committee accounts with the bank account and shall submit a certificate/copy of the Secretary/Chairman of the Committee and the Board.
