Section 64(1)(c) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009

(c)There shall be pro-rata recovery of capacity charges in case the generating station achieves capacity index below the prescribed normative levels. At Zero capacity index, no capacity charges shall be payable to the generating station.
