Section 64(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)Normative capacity index for recovery of full capacity charges(a)During first year of commercial operation of the generating station(i)Run-of-river power stations without pondage 85%(ii)Storage type and Run-of-river power stations with pondage 80%(b)After first year of commercial operation of the generating station(i)Run-of -river power stations without pondage 90%(ii)Storage type and Run-of-river power stations with pondage 85%(c)There shall be pro-rata recovery of capacity charges in case the generating station achieves capacity index below the prescribed normative levels. At Zero capacity index, no capacity charges shall be payable to the generating station.
