(1)At what rate to be paid until the Board otherwise determines the dearness allowance shall be paid to the employees of the Corporation at the same rates and subject to the same conditions on which such allowance is paid to the employees of the Orissa Government.(2)Dearness allowances during leave. - A dearness allowance may be drawn during any period of leave, other than extraordinary leave in India or outside and except that during leave preparatory to retirement, it will be admissible only for the first four months of leave spent in India.Section-IIITravelling Allowance
