3. Membership.
(a)All the adult residents of Gramdan village, who hive opted for Gramdan, shall be the members of Sarvodaya Panchayat.(b)A register of such members shall be prepared, revised and brought up-to-date on the 31st March of every year by the Sarvodaya Panchayat.
