15. Pay and other Conditions.
(1)The scale of pay and initial pay admissible to the post as specified in column number 2 of Schedule-I and other conditions relating to increase in pay on promotion in the parent cadre and retirement benefits shall be as laid down in Schedule-II and shall be such as may be sanctioned by the Government with the concurrence of the Finance Department, from time to time.(2)Except as provided in these rules, other service conditions to the post(s) as specified in column number 2 of Schedule-I, shall be regulated by other rules made under the proviso to Art. 309 of the Constitution of India by the appropriate authority and for the time being in force applicable to the employees of the Government.(3)The conditions of deputation of the officers other than Rajasthan Government servants shall be such as may be agreed to by the State Government.
