Section 86(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(1)The Selection Committee for selection of persons for appointment as ministerial staff members of Grades A and B. shall consist of the following members, namely : -(i)Vice-Chancellor.(ii)Registrar.(iii)Comptroller.(iv)One Registrar of the other Universities in State of Maharashtra to be nominated by Vice-Chancellor.(v)One Comptroller/Officer of equal status dealing with financial matters from the other Universities in the State of Maharashtra to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
