Section 32(i) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2004
(i)Moor rate in rupees per MW per day of the short-term customers (ST_RATE) for each-(a) regional system; (b) inter-regional link, and (c) system of the State Transmission Utility or the State Electricity Board or any other transmission licensee with detailed calculations in support of such rate in respect of all the transmission licensees situate within the region or the State concerned;
