Section 14(1) in Inspector of Motor Vehicles, Class II, in the Gujarat State Transport Department, Competitive Examination Rules, 2011
(1)The Commission shall cause to prepare the select list of the successful candidates in order of merit on the basis of aggregate marks finally awarded to each candidate in the Examination and in that order, the Commission shall forward the same with its recommendation to the Government.
