Section 25(3) in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
(3)Each Faculty shall consist of:-(i)such Fellows as are assigned to each Faculty by the Senate; and(ii)such members of the Boards of Studies for the subjects comprised in the Faculty, as may be elected to it under the Statutes to be made by the Senate.
