45. Amendment of Section 57.
- In Section 57 of the said Code, in Hindi version, -(a)in sub-section (1), for the words ^^;FkkfLFkfr fdlh rglhynkj ;k fdlh lgk;d ou laj{kd ;k fdlh lgk;d vfHk;Urk dh Js.kh the words ^^;FkkfLFkfr rglhynkj ;k lgk;d ou lja{kd ;k lgk;d vfHk;Urk dh Js.kh shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (1) and in sub-section (2), for the words ^^ugj ds izR;sd vkSj the words ^^ugj ds fdlh vkSj shall be substituted;(c)in sub-section (2), for the words ^^dksbZ O;fDr ;k dysDVj the words and punctuation marks ^^dksbZ O;fDr] dysDVj shall be substituted;
