Section 7 in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
7. Constitution of Committees of the Council.
(1)The Council may, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act and the rules and the regulations made thereunder, set up the following Committees or such other Committees, as may be prescribed, namely :-(i)Academic Committee;(ii)Affiliation and Accreditation Committee;(iii)Finance Committee; and(iv)Any other Committee as per requirement.(2)The Committees shall consist of such members and of such other persons, as the Council may, consider necessary in such manner, as may be prescribed.(3)The term of the Committees and its members shall be such as may be prescribed.(4)Every Committee shall submit its report to the Council for such decisions thereon, as it may consider necessary.
