11. [ Regulation of supply and distribution. - (1) The State Government may by order, regulate the distribution of cement by any cement company or its representative or distributor in such area or areas and in such manner as may be specified in the Order:
Provided that nothing in this sub-clause shall apply to movement of cement by producers / manufacturers under the orders of Government of India or the Cement Controller.(2)The Licensing Authority may, by order, regulate the allotment of cement to and its distribution by licensed dealers in the district, and in doing so, may issue such orders under the provisions of this Order, as he may consider necessary from time to time.(3)Every cement company, its representative or distributor shall comply with all directions contained in the orders issued by the State Government and the Licensing Authorities under this Order.] [Substituted by U.P.
