(a)if the articles mentioned at serial numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Table in sub-rule (1) are sent by Surface Airlifted mail, the following surcharge shall be charged, in addition to normal surface mail rates as specified in the said Table.

(b)if the postal article mentioned at serial number 5 of the table in sub-rule (1) is to be sent by Surface Airlifted mail, the following surcharge shall be charged, in addition to normal surface mail rates as specified in the said Table.
