Section 24(1)(a) in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968

(a)Candidates for examination for certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer shall pay a fee of Rs. 500.00 which shall not, except as otherwise provided in these rules, be refundable.
