51. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Agricultural University Udaipur Ordinance, 1999 (Ordinance No. 6 of 1999) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been taken or made under this Act.The Agricultural University (Change of Name) Act, 2000(Act No. 18 of 2000)[Published in Rajasthan Gazette Part 4(a), dated 20-11-2000, Page 41(3).]
