Section 47(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (General) Rules, 2011
(1)The accident and incident shall be reported by the concerned employees of the Bangalore Metro Railway or any other person who notices it with utmost expediency to the Traffic Controller or the nearest Station Controller as soon as practicable.
