Section 38(2) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(2)At least one month before the commencement of the practical/ theory examinations whichever is earlier the Principal of the Institutions shall submit a certificate that complete course has been taught to candidates and practical and experiments have actually performed and satisfactorily completed journals, project design work etc., by the student of the institution.
