(1)The Principal of institution shall be required to inform the Secretary latest by 31st August each year of number of candidates that are likely to take the examination of the Board at the next ensuing examination in each class and course.(2)At least one month before the commencement of the practical/ theory examinations whichever is earlier the Principal of the Institutions shall submit a certificate that complete course has been taught to candidates and practical and experiments have actually performed and satisfactorily completed journals, project design work etc., by the student of the institution.
