Section 40(12) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(12)Every Invigilator or Supervisory staff shall remain in the examination hall throughout the period of examination and shall not leave examination hall without obtaining prior permission of the Superintendent. The period of his or their absence shall be noted each time by the Superintendent. The Invigilators shall extend their helping hand and co- operation to the Superintendent in all matters pertaining to the conduct of examination while in the Examination Hall in particular.
